All HK Series products undergo qualification and acceptance testing per GJB 360B-2009 and applicable detail specifications. The following test capabilities are available for customer verification and custom qualification programs.

Hermetic Seal Testing
Helium mass spectrometer leak detection per GJB 360B-2009:
- Acceptance criterion: ≤1×10⁻³ Pa·cm³/s
- Test method: Helium tracer gas + mass spectrometer tuned to mass 4
- Sample plan: Per applicable detail specification
Electrical Testing
- Contact resistance: <50mΩ (measured by 4-wire Kelvin method)
- Dielectric withstanding voltage: Per product specification
- Insulation resistance: >1000MΩ at 500V DC
- Contact bounce: <10μs at rated load
EMI/RFI Testing (for Shielded Models)
Available for KWQMY2-3AT series per GJB 151B / MIL-STD-461
